Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AuraTime. By placing an order, you agree to them. We have written them in plain English and tried to be specific. Questions: hello@getauratime.com.

1. The service

AuraTime ("we", "us") provides a one-time digital reading product based on the Korean Saju (Four Pillars of Destiny) framework. For each order, you receive:

• A 9-page personalized PDF report based on your birth chart.
• Two phone wallpaper images tailored to your most beneficial element.
• A personalized 5-element cycle diagram.

The product is delivered as a single bundle to the email address you provide. There is no recurring subscription. There is no account.

2. Eligibility

You must be 16 or older to purchase. By ordering you confirm that you are. AuraTime is not intended as a service for minors.

3. Payment

The current price is USD $39 per reading, charged once at checkout. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record and may add applicable tax (VAT, GST, sales tax) based on your billing location. We do not see or store your card details.

Pricing may change in the future. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

4. Delivery

After successful payment and receipt of your birth details (date, time, city), we generate and email your bundle within 24 hours. Most orders deliver in under an hour. If 24 hours pass with no delivery, email hello@getauratime.com and we will investigate.

If we cannot deliver (technical failure on our side, repeated email bounces, etc.), we will refund your order in full.

5. Refund policy

Practical notes:

• Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
• You can keep the bundle files. We do not require deletion.
• Refund requests after 30 days are considered case by case.
• This policy exceeds the statutory cooling-off period in most jurisdictions and is offered voluntarily.

6. What this product is not

AuraTime is offered as a structured personality and self-reflection framework. It is not:

• A prediction service. We do not predict events, outcomes, dates, deaths, marriages, or any specific occurrence.
• A medical, legal, financial, or psychological service. Nothing in your reading should be used as a substitute for professional advice.
• A diagnostic tool. The reading is not a clinical assessment of any condition.
• A guarantee of any particular insight, transformation, or outcome.

Decisions about your life, health, finances, and relationships remain entirely yours. The reading is information, offered for reflection.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit your bundle without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our generation pipeline.
• Use the service to harass, defame, or harm any person.
• Submit fraudulent payment information.

The bundle (PDF, wallpapers, diagram) is licensed to you for personal use. You may share excerpts and images with friends and family. You may not republish the bundle as your own work or sell it.

8. Intellectual property

The AuraTime brand, the report layout, the wallpaper compositions, the cycle diagram design, and the underlying generation pipeline remain our property. The personal interpretation in your specific reading is yours to use, share excerpts of, and reflect on, under the personal-use license described above.

9. Disclaimers

We provide AuraTime "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the reading will produce any particular result. We do not warrant the accuracy of any specific astrological, cultural, or psychological claim — Saju is a traditional framework, not an empirically validated science.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to your use of AuraTime is limited to the amount you paid for your order (typically $39). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations. Where law overrides them, this section applies only to the extent permitted.

11. Indemnification

You agree to hold AuraTime harmless from any claim arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes that affect existing orders will be emailed to you. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will first be addressed by good-faith correspondence at hello@getauratime.com. If unresolved, jurisdiction lies in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea, except where consumer protection law in your jurisdiction grants you the right to bring proceedings locally.

14. Severability

If any clause of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
